Rates and Availability
2027 High Season Rates Jan 4 – April 15
- $1349.00 USD per night for (4) bed, (5) bath home w/ pool, spa, and outdoor living area.
2026 Low Season Rates: April 16 – Dec 15
- $1249 USD per night for (4) bed, (5) bath home w/ pool, spa, and outdoor living area.
- Contact Owner for dates of availability. He will respond within 24 hours and sometimes in less than 1 hour.
Minimum Stay: (6) nights
Check-in: 3:30pm. Check-out: 11:00am.
- A 50% deposit will secure your booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (Check or Money Order for no fee, Credit Card accepted for 3% fee, or 4.5% fee for non U.S. issued cards)
- Standard Cancellation Policy – Must cancel 90 days or more for refund.
- Refundable Cancellation Policy- You may CANCEL FOR ANY REASON up to 1 day before check for 15% more per night. Ask owner for this option when booking.
- Rates do not include 18.71% Hawaii State and Hotel Taxes.
- Check out up to 8 pm available for ½ day rate.
- $30 fee for returned checks
- $425 one time cleaning fee added to all bookings.
- A separate $500 refundable deposit will be due at time of booking.
- For groups exceeding 8 people additional per person fees are $50 per person per night.
- Security Deposit will be mailed within 14 days after check out if there is no damage, lost, stolen, damaged items, or excessive uncleanliness to home.
Maui Meadows Guest House Directions and Map
Leave airport and continue straight on Airport Access Road for about 1 mile. Turn left at S. Puunene Ave (Large Intersection just after you pass Home Depot and big church). Follow this highway (Hwy 311) approx 6 miles to Kihei Town. Keep going straight for another 6 miles. The highway will now be called Piilani Hwy (Hwy 31). Then turn left at Mapu St stoplight intersection. Go 100 meters and take first right on Akala Dr. 3201 Akala Dr will be on the left. Park in driveway. Travel time is approximately 25-30 minutes from Kahului Maui Airport.

What is the cancellation policy?
We have a standard 60 day cancellation policy (published on this website), OR fully refundable rates for 15% more. You choose your rate. Fully Refundable rate option is allowed to cancel for any reason up to 1 day before check in date.

How far from the beach?
Either walk or drive. Google maps pegs keawakapu beach as a 22 minute walk. At least (8) other of Maui’s premier beaches are located within 3 miles. The house is located on the border of Kihei and Wailea, Maui.
